Enable all feedback posts to be contextual at the point of inception. Configure any "soft", "hard" or process specific themes and observation categories to track.
Seamless insights into cause-and-effect relationships between different themes.

Configuration and Usage Guide
Settings
- Click on "gear" button in the main toolbar
- Click "Settings"
- Choose "Themes | Categories" option from the slide out panel
Creating a Theme
Each theme configuration consists of following:
- Name
- This is a free-form text - recommend 1 or 2 words, keep it short and snappy
- Type
- This is a fixed system list - used for anonymous normalization of statistics across peers and industry
- "Psychological Safety" type is a special feature - is drives real-time calculations and the dashboard

Applying Themes to Feedback
- Go to journal (or start feedback entry from your integration app) > Click on "+" button to create new feedback
- Feedback entry screen will have a section that is asking user about their measure of sentiment and which themes are applicable to the experience
- "Effect" is a selection of themes that were impacted by the experience; For instance, "Quality" if a spike customer complaints that is driving the feedback; User can choose multiple impacted themes
- "Cause" is a theme that user believes triggered the chain of events
Usage of Themes Within Artificial Assistant
- Go to Ai Assistant
- Trigger the conversation by clicking "Start"
- Ai Assistant will produce initial executive summary - it will outline a list of themes involved in positive or challenging experiences
- After the initial executive summary
- You can "chat" with Ai Assistant by asking in natural language to explore one particular or a combination of themes
- You can be very creative with what you ask - for instance, "please give be analysis of how the experience changed for Psychological Safety by quarter over the last ten years"
Usage of Themes Within Analytics
- Select "Live Pulse" menu
- Choose "Visual Journey" option
- Choose "Insights" (info-graphics) button to access the library of out of the box real-time analytics
- Examples of what you can do
- View links between themes
- View cause-and-effect chart
- View detailed analysis of themes as scatter diagram or a line chart
Usage of Themes For Psychological Safety Analysis
- Themes associated with a type of "Psychological Safety" are included in real-time calculations - all data is normalized presented with details of median, upper / lower percentiles, upper / lower outliers
- Select "Live Pulse" menu
- Choose "Psychological Safety" option
- You will be presented with a summary dashboard
- Click on magnifying glass icon to access details psychological safety chart for each theme
