Billing FAQ

Billing and Multi-Partner Engagement

Overview

Neelix.IO subscriptions are highly flexible in order to support any context of a given team, across organisation or across partners.

Billing is based on the model of subscription charge per user within a given private space (referred to as "Consortium" below). Only users who are permitted to create posts are charged - "Doer", "Advanced", "Administrator". Other collaboration level access users are not billable. User role permissions are explained in more detail here.

Billing Entities

Each Consortium must be associated with at least one billing entity - this can be an organisation paying for users via a corporate credit card, or an individual paying for a private consortium with a personal credit card.

It is easy to add additional billing entities to the same consortium. This way each entity can pay only for certain users. For instance:

  • In a joint venture project can pay for own users
  • In a private consortium used for a group of friends, each person can pay own participation

Payments

Standard payments processing is self-service on the basis of a credit card you choose. We can also agree on a Purchasing Order and bank transfer payment for enterprise customers.

For credit cards based payments:

  • we do not store any of your payment details. We leverage Stripe payments gateway for achieving maximum security and maximum efficiency. Stripe's privacy policy can be viewed here.
  • You authorise Neelix.IO Pty Ltd to send instructions to the financial institution that issued nominated credit card to take payments from your card account in accordance with the terms of agreement.
