How It Works

1. Assign themes to team(s)

Assign a list of traits or themes you want people to reflect against each other

2. People create questions

The actual questions per trait are created in a self-reflected manor by people themselves

3. Safe feedback

People answer each other's questions in complete safety. Full answers are visible only to the person asking the question, and the person leaving the review can remain anonymous.

4. Anonymised infographics

Aggregated results are presented transparently to the team and facilitator via the anonymised real-time infographics. Changes to perspectives can be tracked over time.

5. Facilitate a conversation

Facilitator can drive a joint or individual conversations by focusing on what can be done to improve areas where weaknesses are identified
