As the Chief Adoption Officer, James Bawtree is dedicated to driving the adoption of innovative solutions and ensuring that the platform meets the needs of its users. As a respected thought leader and Chartered Project Professional with over 20 years’ experience of strategic implementation and delivery, James will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and execute adoption strategies for clients that align with Neelix’s mission to revolutionize the way organizations manage and deliver projects to delivers exceptional value to its users.


With a passion for sponsor competencies and a commitment to fostering collaboration and knowledge-sharing, James contributes to Neelix’s growth and success by building strong relationships with stakeholders and promoting the platform’s benefits to a wider audience.

Daniel J. Begley

Daniel J. Begley, MBA, is an accomplished executive with over two decades of experience in technology, business development, and leadership. He has held key roles at NCS Australia, Versent, Digital Asset, Metamako, ThoughtWorks, and Thomson Reuters amongst others. Daniel has successfully led complex integrations, managed large-scale projects, and developed strategic partnerships across various industries, including finance, technology, and defense. His academic credentials include an MBA from Macquarie Graduate School of Management. Daniel's professional journey is complemented by his dedication to personal achievements, such as completing fourteen marathons and competing at a state level in powerlifting, bodybuilding and karate.

I have over 20 years of practical experience in building successful, positive people management systems in companies of various scales (from 70 to 5,000 individuals) and across different industries, including FinTech and AdTech. I hold an international diploma in Human Resource management, and I am also a certified coach for CliftonStrengths and Hogan. In my coaching, I challenge leaders with tough questions that others might shy away from, leveraging tools like the CliftonStrengths test, and fostering a growth mindset. By incorporating AI strategies into daily operations, I guide individuals and organizations to success with a focus on profound fulfillment and a culture of innovation and continuous growth.

As a practitioner of people-centered leadership, transformation, and PRINCE2 aligned project management, I promote new-age management principles by helping organizations achieve systematic improvements in their culture, processes, and alignment among teams to achieve shared goals. International experience working with teams from Europe, New Zealand, Singapore, Hong Kong, India, USA and Australia has enriched my insights into managing differences between viewpoints in geographically dispersed teams and complex organizational structures. I have technical skills and background in delivering of enterprise grade (high performance and scalable) IT solutions within the context of greenfield and critical market infrastructure. My educational background includes BSc Honours in Banking and International Finance, Executive MBA.
