Configure snap voting survey

Snap voting is an easy method for measuring and getting insights. The data is contextual and measurable. The survey is very low-touch - designed to take less that couple minutes.


Facilitators gain out of the box analytics and can explore data with the help of Ai Assistant. Example use cases:

  • Periodic voting on planning (PI confidence voting)
  • Periodic snapshots and insights into Psychological Safety
  • Periodic snapshots and insights into some Change Initiative
  • Easy way of facilitating a feedback loop - gathering sentiment and opinions on some idea / decision / announcement

Get Started - Web UI

  • Click on hamburger menu
  • Click on a shortcut to quick vote conversations; If you don't see this shortcut, click Explore and Customize to add this option to your favorites.

Get Started - MS Teams

  • Click on three dots shortcuts menu
  • Click on quick vote option

Configuration steps

  • In the list of voting events, click on the "+" button to create new voting; Each voting event is an activity that has "voting" enabled
  • Quick start
  • Enter name
  • Click on "Health Check | Vote"
  • Add voting themes
  • After configuring a voting activity, you can customise the event further; Enter event > click on three dots icon button and choose settings to change following
  • Banner
  • Introductory description
  • Custom hints and settings for voting sliders
